“Don’t you think it’s a little unfair that the pretty girl, flying through the air, doing all the somersaults and twists always gets all the attention of the audience and the catcher doesn’t? In our case it’s me, Christopher, who’s holding, throwing and catching Milena but she is the one getting all the focus. And I even understand that. She is flying through the air, trusting someone else to catch her and you might think that is a lot more dangerous and exciting. But I will tell you something: I think, it’s far more exciting to be responsible for someone’s life in my hands than actually flying! You just can’t see all the excitement that’s bubbling inside of me. So we challenged ourselves and created an act in which we will show you a new perspective on the life of a catcher. To display the effort, precision, nerves of steel and a lot of sweat that it takes me to make Milena fly so beautifully through the air and make everything look light and easy.
Well, at least that’s what I am trying to do. But one thing is for sure. This time I’ll get your attention!”
